Private Sessions

Somatic movement including:

Yoga/Feldenkrais-inspired work, Breath/Resonance work, Emotional regulation through physical practice & Body-based intention setting

Esoteric Healing (Energy Work)

This subtle, chakra-based healing session aligns the energy field and supports your emotional, spiritual, and physical wellbeing. Works beautifully both in-person and remote. Based on the principles of Esoteric Healing as taught by the International Network of Esoteric Healing.

Group Sessions + Chakra Classes

Group movement, yoga, and chakra practice for friends, teams, creative ensembles or classes. Available in-person (LA) or virtually via Google Meet.

Monthly Support Package

Stay grounded and consistent with 5 private sessions/month at a reduced rate.
Use for movement, voice, healing, or a mix. No rollovers.

Includes:
