Lucid Body Basics 1 Intensive
This is the foundation course to the teachings of the Lucid Body technique. This is a psychophysical technique where we focus on awareness of self and physical listening. We use the chakra centers as the tools for how we define human behavior. This class is where we diagnose where our habits live for our acting and how we can start to choose to move into different parts of self for character.

Lucid Body Basics 2 Intensive
Building upon the foundation, we start to explore the complexities of character. We’ll dive into the active space between actors, which is the start of scene work and end with individual shadow projects. This class is a challenging and exciting way of working to further your knowledge for application in your acting and awareness of self.
