Lucid Body Basics 2 Intensive
Building upon the foundation, we start to explore the complexities of character. We’ll dive into the active space between actors, which is the start of scene work and end with individual shadow projects. This class is a challenging and exciting way of working to further your knowledge for application in your acting and awareness of self.

Rasa Aesthetics One- Day Intensive
A technique by Antonin Artaud. The rasas contain the 9 pure emotions of human behavior. This workshop we will begin with a yoga based warm up, prepping the body and voice. We will then learn the rasas and explore ways of applying them for character. This is a course where you can bring in a character you are working on. There is no pre-requisite for this course.

Physical Process for Auditioning
A technique strategy to help with any audition. Learn how to create complex characters for the audition, how to take an adjustment during an audition, and how to stay grounded throughout. This workshop will provide you with a tangible process to apply yourself with specificity. We will begin with a physical warm up and learn how to break down a simple script, put together the character and apply it. Then will be your turn to try and we will film the process to show you what works and what falls flat. Space is limited.

Character/Archetype One- Day Intensive
Exploring and embodying multiple archetypes in this class. Or bring a character to work with. We will explore creating a multi-faceted character by layering two contrasting archetypes. We will begin the class with a physical warm up. If you have text memorized, we will also incorporate the text in coaching. This is a class for the working actor to upkeep their skills, get into their body and experience a taste of the Lucid Body technique.
